Hospitality is described as "the friendly and generous treatment of guests or strangers". At Christ Full Gospel Fellowship each person who enters is given a warm smile and friendly handshake at the front door. Many first time attenders have commented on the feeling of coming home, of the acceptance extended by the whole congregation. It is our desire to have every person know they are important, regardless of age, sex, ability, or nationality.
Greeters and ushers may extend the first welcome, but it is the invites to lunch, homes, teas, and other social events that allow everybody to get involved in welcoming those who are searching for a church home, a place to belong.
“Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer; distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality. Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not. Rejoice with them taht do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.” -Romans 12:12-15
